根張りが良くなる

土壌内の水分が多すぎる時には吸湿し、逆に乾燥しすぎると水分を放出。土
壌の過剰な温度上昇を防ぎます。また、堆肥や油粕などの有機肥料などと混
用することで、細菌によって分解された際に出るアンモニアを吸着し、「防臭
効果」が得られ、さらに、長期間肥効が続く効率的な用土になります。
