M.I.T「エシカルスター®」は、灯油やガス、電気などの燃料は必要としない、自燃式・省エネ設計のもみ殻シリカ生成機です。 毎年大量に廃棄処分されているもみ殻を、高純度・非晶質のもみ殻シリカ（Rice Husk Silica）にアップサイクルします。 地域におけるステークホルダーにもたらすメリットとして、農閑期の新たな産業と雇用の創出、稲作支援、そして、各産業の資源循環の目標達成に貢献します。 　　"Ethical Star®" is a self-combustion, energy-saving fir-shell silica generator that requires no fuel such as kerosene, gas, or electricity. It upcycles large quantities of discarded rice husks every year into high-purity, amorphous rice husk silica (Rice Husk Silica). The benefits to stakeholders in the region include the creation of new industries and employment during the off-farm season, support for rice cultivation, and contribution to achieving the goal of resource recycling in each industry.

基本情報
  1. お米のもみ殻約から約15~20%の重量のもみ殻シリカを生成します
    Produces about 15~20% of rice husk silica from rice husk.
  2. 建屋内で全工程を管理し、天候に左右されずに生産できます
    All processes are controlled inside the building, allowing production to be carried out regardless of weather conditions.
  3. 稼働状況をコンピュータ制御でき、遠隔での監視が可能です
    Operating conditions can be computer-controlled and monitored remotely.
  4. 着火剤は市販の小型固形燃料のみ。もみ殻を自燃させて生成します
    The only igniter is a small commercially available solid fuel. It is generated by self-combustion of fir shells.
  5. ダイオキシンが発生しません
    No dioxin is produced.
  6. 消防法の規制対象外の製品です
    This product is not regulated by the Fire Service Law.
